Wild Wood Of Nerstand Meal prep Class

Meal Prep Class:

We will start with a social hour of 6pm, class starting at 630pm.

Inspire Health will bring everything to prepare 3 family size meals, Each meal consists of over 1.5 lbs of meat and over a pound of veggies. All seasonings spices, olive oils included. You will also take your meals home in a cute little Inspire Insulated food bag.
