Prep five meals in just one hour

Classes are just $130 per person for five meals and include EVERYTHING you need, including all meat & veggies, spices & oils, storage bags & recipes. All you need to bring is yourself!

Each meal contains at least 1.5 pounds of meat, over a pound of veggies and serves 4-6 people
